This project involved negotiating with the regulator to establish realistic structure marking requirements.

Chelton Wetland

Granville Ridge Consulting completed wetland delineation along the coast in North Carleton, Prince Edward Island. The project was conducted in collaboration with Atlantic Canada Conservation Data Centre (ACCDC). The wetland delineation was fulfilled to assist in planning and development of waterfront property on Northumberland Strait for a private realtor.

Wetland delineation on the property provided the information required for the developer to move ahead with development. The delineated wetlands were substantiated by recording hydrological vegetation and soil data for upland and wetland paired plots. Wetland Determination Data Forms were submitted to the Prince Edward Island Department of Community Land and Environment.
